How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?

All Deerfields Bakery treats are baked to order and flash-frozen or vacuum-sealed before being packed in insulated containers with cold packs to ensure they arrive at your door tasting oven-fresh.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. Please browse our 'Special Dietary' collection, though please note all items are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a special event?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days prior to your event to account for any potential carrier delays.

How should I store my bakery items once they arrive?

Most items can be kept at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, we recommend wrapping them tightly and freezing them for up to 3 months. Specific reheating and storage instructions are included in every box.
